A leading automation and robotics provider partnered with a distribution facility to optimize their warehouse operations. Associates, primarily fleet workers and pickers, were tasked with servicing AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) to fulfill orders efficiently. The facility sought to streamline associate workflows, improve accuracy in picking operations, and enhance performance tracking through a wearable, ruggedized device that integrates seamlessly with their existing systems.

The goal was to provide associates with real-time task information, hands-free barcode scanning, and end-of-shift performance analytics.

The custom software developed by our team streamlined AMR picking with real-time mission updates, barcode validation, and built-in exception handling.

Its fast, intuitive interface minimized steps, synced seamlessly with existing systems, and delivered end-of-shift analytics, reducing idle time, boosting accuracy, and improving overall workflow efficiency.
